Thank you for your purchase. We’re committed to providing high-quality digital content that meets your expectations. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund, in line with Hotmart’s General Purchasing Terms.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase.
This guarantee applies to all downloadable digital products, such as eBooks, templates, toolkits, and similar files, and ensures a fair and risk-free experience for our customers.
2. How to Request a Refund
Refunds must be requested directly through the Hotmart platform. Please follow these steps:
Go to https://hotmart.com and log in with the email you used at checkout.
Navigate to "My Purchases".
Select the product you wish to refund.
Click "Request Refund" and follow the instructions.
⚠️ Requests made via email, social media, or replies to automated messages will not be processed. Only requests submitted through the Hotmart platform are valid.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are granted automatically within the 7-day window, regardless of whether the downloadable digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
Due to the nature of digital products, where access is granted immediately upon purchase, we honor refund requests based solely on the request being made within the allowed timeframe.
After the 7-day period, refund requests will not be accepted unless required by law or approved as an exception.
4. Subscription Products and Trial Periods
This refund policy does not apply to subscription renewals beyond the second billing cycle. If your purchase includes a trial period, be sure to cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions. Canceling stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.
5. Refund Method and Processing Time
All refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout. Estimated processing times:
Bank transfer: up to 30 business days
Credit card: up to 90 business days (depending on the card issuer)

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider will suspend the refund process until the dispute is resolved. To avoid delays, please use Hotmart’s official refund process.
